Shift Culture exists to help leaders build healthier teams, stronger trust, and more honest cultures in a world where work, people, and expectations have changed. Terrence believes culture is not shaped by slogans or trendy language alone. It is shaped by how people are seen, led, supported, challenged, and cared for every day.
His perspective is shaped by a lifelong faith journey, more than two decades of pastoral, ministry, and operational leadership, and his current work as Vice President of People and Culture for an organization that includes six companies and nearly 400 staff. Whether he is coaching leaders, speaking to teams, preaching in churches, or guiding culture conversations, his approach remains deeply relational, people-forward, and grounded in both truth and care.
